What’s better than cheese and crackers for lunch? Salami, too! Use whatever hard cheese and cured meats you prefer.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 thin slices hard salami
- 2 ounces hard cheese (such as Parmesan), cut into ½” pieces
- ¼ cup assorted olives
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 crackers
- Pack salami, cheese, olives, and tomatoes in separate containers. Place crackers in a small resealable plastic bag to keep them crisp.
