Sesame bok choy, yellow peppers and onions

I don't remember where I got this recipe. It must have been from Chicago Tribune.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Yield: 6 servings

2 tablespoons peanut oil
6 heads baby bok choy, each cut in 2-inch pieces
2 yellow bell peppers, cored, ribbed, cut in strips
1 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add bok choy; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and onion; stir-fry 2 more minutes. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper to taste; cook, tossing to coat vegetables. Transfer to a platter; garnish with cilantro.
